מדיניות פרטיות – HENGALIMIDI DESIGN

אנו ב־HENGALIMIDI DESIGN ("החברה", "האתר", "אנחנו") מחויבים לשמירה על פרטיותך ועל אבטחת המידע האישי שלך.
מדיניות זו נועדה להסביר אילו נתונים אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בהם, כיצד אנו מגנים עליהם, ומהן זכויותיך לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981 (כולל תיקון 13) ולפי חוקים נוספים במידת הצורך.

  • פרטי הזמנה ותשלום (פרטי כרטיס אשראי עוברים ישירות לספקי סליקה מאובטחים ואינם נשמרים אצלנו כלל).

מידע טכני:

  • כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן, סוג מכשיר, מערכת הפעלה, מיקום כללי (GeoIP).

מידע משימוש באתר:

  • עמודים שבהם צפית, מוצרים שנוספו לעגלה, זמן שהייה באתר, מקורות הפניה.

מידע מעוגיות, פיקסלים וטכנולוגיות מעקב דומות:

  • Google Analytics 4 – ניתוח פעילות באתר.
  • Meta Pixel – פרסום ממוקד ושיווק מחדש.
  • Google Ads Remarketing – התאמת פרסום בפלטפורמות של Google.

3. מטרות השימוש במידע

  • עיבוד הזמנות, אספקת מוצרים, ושירות לקוחות.
  • שיפור חוויית המשתמש ותוכן האתר.
  • שליחת עדכונים, מבצעים והודעות שיווקיות (בכפוף להסכמתך).
  • ניתוח סטטיסטי והתאמת פרסום ממוקד.
  • עמידה בדרישות הדין, מניעת הונאות ושמירה על אבטחת האתר.

הבסיס החוקי לעיבוד המידע:

  • קיום חוזה בינך לבין החברה (לצורך עיבוד ההזמנה).
  • עמידה בחובות חוקיות.
  • אינטרס לגיטימי לשיפור השירותים, ניתוח נתונים ומניעת הונאות.
  • הסכמה מפורשת (למשל, לשיווק ישיר).

4. שימוש בעוגיות (Cookies) ופיקסלים

האתר עושה שימוש בעוגיות ובטכנולוגיות דומות לצורך:

  • שמירת פרטי ההזמנה והעדפות המשתמש.
  • זיהוי משתמשים חוזרים.
  • ניתוח נתוני שימוש.
  • התאמת פרסום ממוקד בפלטפורמות צד שלישי (Meta, Google).

ניהול עוגיות – ניתן לחסום או למחוק עוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן, אך הדבר עלול לפגוע בחוויית השימוש.

5. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים

המידע עשוי להישמר ולעבור לעיבוד אצל:

  • ספקי סליקה – עיבוד תשלומים מאובטחים (PCI DSS). פרטי האשראי אינם נשמרים אצלנו, ולפי הצהרת הספק הם נשמרים לזמן מוגבל לצורכי עיבוד עסקה בלבד.
  • חברות שילוח – לצורך משלוח המוצרים.
  • פלטפורמות פרסום – Google, Meta.
  • ספקי אחסון ותחזוקת האתר – לצורך תפעול האתר ושיפורו.

החברה לא תמכור, תשכיר או תעביר את המידע האישי שלך לצד שלישי שלא לצורך המטרות המוגדרות במדיניות זו.

6. אבטחת מידע

  • האתר פועל בפרוטוקול SSL מוצפן.
  • פרטי תשלום אינם נשמרים בשרתינו.
  • גישה למידע מוגבלת לעובדים מורשים בלבד.
  • מבוצעים גיבויים שוטפים ועדכוני אבטחה שוטפים למערכת האתר.

7. שמירת מידע

  • פרטי הזמנה נשמרים במערכת עד 7 שנים ממועד הרכישה, אלא אם החוק דורש אחרת (לצורכי אחריות, התחשבנות ומיסוי).
  • נתוני שימוש אנונימיים עשויים להישמר לצרכים סטטיסטיים לטווח ארוך.
  • ניתן לבקש מחיקה מוקדמת של מידע אישי בהתאם להוראות החוק.

8. זכויות המשתמש

בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות ול־GDPR (אם חל):

  • זכות לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך.
  • זכות לדרוש תיקון או מחיקה של מידע אישי.
  • זכות להתנגד לשימוש במידע לצורכי שיווק.
  • זכות לניידות מידע (לפי GDPR).

9. העברת מידע מחוץ לישראל

חלק מהמידע עשוי להישמר על שרתי ספקי שירות הנמצאים מחוץ לישראל (כגון Google, Meta, ספקי אחסון). במקרים אלה המידע יישמר במדינות עם רמת הגנה נאותה בהתאם לדרישות הדין.

10. שינויים במדיניות

החברה רשאית לשנות ולעדכן מדיניות זו מעת לעת. עדכונים יפורסמו באתר וייכנסו לתוקף עם פרסומם.
